to have your samples collected in

hours and are sent to you by the method you select during the
collection process. Results can be sent to you via phone, fax,
or email.

Ordering and
Testing Process
Follow the
three easy steps below to complete your Immigration DNA Test.

Call 1-877-786-9323
(toll-free, 24-hours) to speak with a confidential
case counselor. Your counselor with arrange
for a collection representative to collect your
samples at a facility close to you in the US.
Your counselor will also mail you a collection kit
for collection of your samples in the US and the
collection of samples abroad.

Collect the
samples.
For Person(s) in US.
You will provide
the collection kit to your collection representative
along with a copy of
your photo ID that can be submitted with your
sample. Your collection representative
will collect your sample, complete all necessary
paperwork and will ship your sample to our lab.
For Person(s) outside the US.
You will be sent a collection kit.
Collect the samples according to the enclosed
paperwork and sent to our lab. The US Embassy may
help arrange a sample collection appointment.

Get your
results. Your results will be available 48
hours after we have received samples from all persons being tested. Results are sent to you by the method you selected during the
collection process. Results can be sent to you via phone, fax,
or email.
